Description: Holidays got you stressed? Take some time to decompress this morning with Red Rock Audubon. We will go on a slow walk around pond 1 and use some mindfulness prompts to engage our senses with sound, sight, and touch. Our intent is not to ID as many birds as possible, but rather to go slower, re-center our awareness to the present moment, and share what captures our attention.
